二．教学目标
1．能正确听，说，朗读“Whois…?He/Sheis…What’she/shelike?He/Sheis…Ishe/she…?Yes,he/sheis.No,he/sheisn’t.”
2．能正确听，说，认读表示人物外貌与性格特征的形容词old,young,funny,kind,strict,polite,hard-working,clever.
3.能听懂，会说，会表演Let’stalk的内容并在真实场景中运用。
三．教学重点
学生能够表演Mainscene和let’stalk的交际内容，能够根据实际情况用英语讨论人物。
四．教学难点

1.Let’slookandsaythenames.(通过多媒体播放一些卡通图片，分别展示年老，年轻，滑稽，有礼貌，工作努力，聪明，严格等外貌与性格特征，让学生认读，说一说这是谁，怎么样。)

（1）.出示Mainscene中的.部分教学挂图，让学生观察Who?Whataretheytalkingabout?
（2）.学生看图片想象并回答老师的问题。

（1）listenandtick.听录音，完成探究学习第一题。
（2）创设情境：这节课让我们和Oliver，WuYifan一起去了解MrYoung好不好？教师播放课件图片，要求学生边听边模仿。
（3）看let’stalk部分的课文插图，听录音，模仿朗读，理解意思。
（4）根据let’stalk内容尝试分角色朗读对话，进行Groupwork,完成探究学习中第三题。
（5）学生表演，以检查学生对本课对话的掌握情况，对做得较好的学生予以表扬。

三、课前准备
1、教师准备本课时所需的五张词卡及A部分所学单词。
2、教师准备录音机和的录音带。
四、教学过程
1、Warm-up
(1)教师采用开火车的形式复习已学的单词。将单词打乱顺序贴于黑板上，请学生猜是哪个单词，猜对的同学做这个动作其他同学齐声说这个单词，youareright.
2、PresentationandpracticeLetslearn
(1)教师出示大小、重轻分明的图片，让学生分辨，问Whichdogisheavy?用中文稍做解释，引导学生回答Theyellowone.然后教师Theyellowoneisheavierthanthebrownone.范读单词heavier，学生跟读。
(2)教学单词heavier，开火车合拼单词,小组比赛快速熟练的'拼读。帮助学生用heavy改“y”为“i”+er来记忆。简单介绍形容词的比较级第二种情况是以辅音字母加“Y”结尾的，要改“y”为“i”+er。
(3)教师用同样的方法教学其他四个四会单词thinnerlongerbiggersmaller
(4)简单介绍形容词的比较级第三种情况是以重读闭音节加一个辅音字母结尾的，要双写这个辅音字母再加“er”。
(5)将五张单词卡放在一起请学生认读。男女比赛谁读错或不会读将扣去相应男女组的分数。
(6)完成Letsplay.
2、Consolidationandextension
(1)做本单元ALetslearn部分的活动手册配套练习。
(2)抄写所学的四会词组，一个抄两行。
